Family ID Instructions

Family ID When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and programs. Registration Process:  A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link: Family ID - Athletic Registration Follow these steps: To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs. Next, click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In blue buttons. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account. Click Log In if you already have a FamilyID account. Create your a secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner's First and Last name (parent/guardian), E-mail address, and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click&nbs

ATHLETIC PHYSICALS FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR ARE SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 3RD & 4TH (3:30-5:30PM) IN THE NURSES OFFICE LOCATED IN THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL. All students interested in playing a sport next school year can pick up the PIAA physical form from the Middle School or Athletic Director's offices or can print it from this website. All physical forms must be filled out and returned to Mr. Harris, Athletic Director, before May 31st. THE PHYSICALS ARE FREE!
