ATHLETIC PHYSICALS FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR ARE SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 3RD & 4TH (3:30-5:30PM) IN THE NURSES OFFICE LOCATED IN THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL.

All students interested in playing a sport next school year can pick up the PIAA physical form from the Middle School or Athletic Director's offices or can print it from this website. All physical forms must be filled out and returned to Mr. Harris, Athletic Director, before May 31st.
